Most frequently asked questions...

Event Insurance...

A certificate of liability insurance policy naming Rockledge Terrace LLC as the additional insured and must be a 1,000,000 event policy.  This isn't expensive to obtain and will provide RT and the Bride & Groom a piece of mind.

Alcohol Policy...

Rockledge Terrace allows beer, wine, and 2 signature coctails to be served by our licensed bartender.

We feel it is important that all guests make it home safely and any guests over indulging will be cut off from further service.  No bride & groom should ever have to remember a loss of a loved one on their anniversary.

We reserve the right to shut down all bar service should anything appear to be getting out of hand.

Animals...

We are such animal lovers and don't mind them being involved however, a plan must be discussed prior to wedding date.

Reserve my Date...

You can reserve your date up to 3 years in advance.  The earlier the better!!  More time to plan!!

During the tour, we can hold a date for 14 days if asked while you decide on this major decision.

No dates will be reserved after the 14 days without a save the date retainer.

Bridal & Groom Suites...

First look or traditional, the bridal suite has a private entrance, private outdoor seating area, and special parking.  The bridal suite consists of 6 bridesmaid stations and a larger one for the bride herself.

The grooms suite consists of a lounge area downstairs and games, TV, and other items to keep them out of trouble while the ladies pamper upstairs.

Decorations...

Rockledge Terrace has an extensive decorations closet to help bring your dream wedding to a reality witout investing in tons of decorations of your own.

Payment Plan...

We offer an interest fee financing option.

Just a small retainer is required to save your date and then the remaining balance of your package is divided into monthly payments based on time until your event.  The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Vendors...

We allow outside vendors and catering but don't provide the equipment needed.

One of the first emails we send as we start planning is a Vendors List.  These vendors, are those we have gotten to know at other events and can recommed that they did a good job in the past.
