Yes. We require couples to secure a $1,000,000 special event liability policy naming Rockledge Terrace LLC as an additional insured. These policies are inexpensive, easy to purchase online, and protect everyone involved so you can enjoy your celebration worry-free. Here are links to 2 companies that our past clients have used. But you are free to choose your own.

Yes! You are welcome to serve beer, wine, and two custom signature cocktails through our licensed bartender.Because we care deeply about the safety of you and your guests, our licensed bartending staff monitors alcohol service responsibly and will cut off service to over-intoxicated guests or pause bar service if safety concerns arise. Our goal is to ensure your wedding day is filled with wonderful memories and that all guests arrive home safely.

Yes! We are animal lovers and welcome your furry friends. We simply require that pet involvement be pre-approved and planned with our team prior to your wedding day. Certified service animals are always welcome.

You can book your date up to three years in advance! Securing your venue early gives you maximum time to enjoy the planning process.Tour Date Holds: During your tour, we are happy to place a complimentary 14-day hold on your preferred date while you make your decision.Securing Your Date: After 14 days, a Save the Date retainer is required to officially reserve the date on our calendar.

We offer an interest fee financing option. Just a small retainer is required to save your date and then the remaining balance of your package is divided into monthly payments based on time until your event.  The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Yes! We offer dedicated, private suites for both wedding parties to relax and prepare in comfort:The Bridal Suite: Features a private entrance, dedicated parking, and an outdoor seating area. Inside, you'll find seven vanity stations for bridesmaids plus an expanded luxury station for the bride.The Groom’s Suite: Located downstairs, this relaxed lounge area comes fully equipped with comfortable seating, games, and a TV—the perfect space to unwind before walking down the aisle.

Yes, we are happy for you to bring in your own vendors and caterers! All outside vendors must be licensed and insured. Please note that catering is drop-off only, as vendors do not have access to our kitchen. We will set up the food with our experienced team.To help you get started, we’ll share our Preferred Vendors List—featuring reliable, vetted professionals who have hosted wonderful events with us.
