Pick one cheese:  queso or shredded cheese.

Pick your toppings:  beans (pintos, black, refried), rice, sauteed onions, fried potatoes, lettuce, pico, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, black olives, banana peppers, fresh jalapenos, pickled jalapenos, bubba caviar, sour cream, enchilada sauce, spicy ranch and zesty sour cream.

Premium toppings (extra cost): Guacamole, mushrooms, extra cheese or extra meat.
